We are currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator, based primarily at Westmead plus one to two days each month at Save Sight Institute in the city.
This position is a critical link between the patient, family/carer, ophthalmologists, visual support agencies, health care professionals, and education professionals and assists the visually impaired, particularly newly diagnosed, to navigate the support services.
