Location: Only a stone’s throw from the lake’s edge and an easy 10 minute stroll along the lakefront to the town centre. The popular Frankton track starts at the bottom of the driveway, perfect for cycling, walking or running. Catch a water taxi to the Kelvin Heights golf course just across from the home.
Bedrooms and bathrooms: The master king bedroom has a TV, private ensuite with shower bath and walk in wardrobe. The second and third bedrooms both have lake views and balcony access and share a family bathroom with shower. All bedrooms and bathrooms have luxury linen and toiletries. The fourth bedroom is accessed separately from the main house, offering peace and privacy, with a TV and private ensuite with shower bath.
Configuration: The master and second bedroom both have king beds. The third and fourth bedrooms have king split beds, which can be configured as 1 x king or 2 x singles per room and gives excellent flexibility for groups of friends, families or couples travelling together. Fourth bedroom is located downstairs below main living area with private entrance.
Living areas: Spacious and comfortable open plan living with a cosy fireplace. Enjoy board games, books and the large TV with SKY, DVD player and surround sound. The second lounge can be closed off and has a sofa bed, TV and desk with computer and printer. Both living areas have sliding glass doors providing excellent natural light and indoor-outdoor flow.
Kitchen and Dining: The large kitchen with coffee machine is well equipped, which flows onto living and dining area, followed by large balcony. Enjoy dining indoors and out, both with stunning views.
