All research at Save Sight Institute relies on grants, bequests and donations.
We are highly successful at being awarded competitive grants for specific projects, however government funding is spread across multiple areas and ophthalmology must compete with many other important health priorities.
The patients, families and communities who are affected by eye disease and vision loss are our most important source of support and funding.
Please consider becoming a sponsor of our SightFighter programme, helping to fund laboratory equipment and other project costs.
You can choose to support eye research through regular and secure contributions from your credit card or via direct debit from your bank account. Donations will be processed the University of Sydney on our behalf on the 15th of every month, and you will receive an itemised gift receipt each June for your tax return.
SightFighter’s will also receive an annual research review, as well as exclusive invitations to attend research seminars to find out the latest developments in fighting blindness.
To become a SightFighter please complete the below form and we will be in contact soon.
